WELCOME FROM FATHER STEPHEN

Receive the Holy Spirit

It's great to have you here!

Whoever you are and whatever your story is, it's not by chance you are here. God created you uniquely, loves you deeply, and has a specific purpose for your life. I pray you discover more here at Holy Spirit.

Each individual's life and faith journey is ongoing. We invite you to Discover more of God's love, be Developed more in your relationship with Him, and then Deliver more of that love to the world around you.

Come to Holy Spirit, and together let's "renew the face of the earth"! (Psalm 104)

God Bless you!

YOU CAN ALWAYS COME BACK

Have You Been Away from the Church?

If you have been away from the Catholic Church for a while, please know this: you are always welcome back. No matter how long it has been, or what has kept you away, there is no judgment here — only a warm and open door.

Many people find their way back to the Church through a gradual process — beginning by simply attending Mass, then perhaps celebrating the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and reconnecting with a community of faith at their own pace. We understand that returning can feel daunting. We want to make it as simple and as welcoming as possible.

We would be honored to walk with you. If you would like to speak with Fr. Stephen or a member of our staff, please reach out — there is no pressure, just an open conversation.

THINKING ABOUT BECOMING CATHOLIC?

The OCIA Journey

Do you have questions about Jesus, Christianity, or the Catholic faith? Would you like to receive the sacraments? You are in the right place.

OCIA — the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (formerly known as RCIA) — is not just a class. It is a chance to allow God to speak to you personally, to encounter his love for you, and to discern whether the Catholic Church is where you are being called. You are not required to become Catholic to participate. You are simply invited to come and see.

Our OCIA process is a welcoming, unhurried journey through Scripture, Tradition, and the sacraments — accompanied by a community of people who have asked the same questions you are asking.

OCIA is for you if:

  • You have never been baptized and are drawn to the Christian faith

  • You were baptized in another Christian tradition and feel called to become Catholic

  • You were baptized Catholic but never completed your sacraments

  • You simply want to learn more about what Catholics believe

QUICK FACTS ABOUT OCIA

  • OCIA stands for Order of Christian Initiation of Adults — formerly called RCIA

  • We begin new groups in June and November

  • You can attend an interest gathering with no commitment

  • All questions are welcome — there are no wrong ones

  • Most people are received into the Church at the Easter Vigil

HOW WE GROW TOGETHER

God Has More for You

Our parish life is built around three simple invitations. Wherever you are in your journey, there is a place for you here.

Discover More

Encounter the love of God through the sacraments, Mass, adoration, and the rich prayer life of our parish community. Every sacrament is an invitation to go deeper with God.

Develop More

Deepen your faith and be transformed through Bible study, retreats, adult faith formation, OCIA, and children's faith formation. There are opportunities here for deeper faith formation at every age and every stage of life

Deliver More

Be sent out — serve our neighbors, strengthen our community, and share the love of Christ with everyone you encounter.
