Feeding of the Multitude: Shopping List and Drop-Off Deadline

Holy Spirit is collecting grocery bags for Feeding of the Multitude, the island churches' Thanksgiving food drive.

Drop-off deadline

Bring your filled bag to the Family Life Center after weekend Masses. The last day to drop off is Thursday, November 19.

Shopping list (one bag)

• 1 bag of rice (2 lb.)

• 1 can/jar of turkey gravy (14–18 oz.) or 2 packets

• 2 cans of green beans (14–16 oz.)

• 2 cans of yams or sweet potatoes (14–16 oz.)

• 1 box of Stove Top stuffing

• 1 can of cranberry sauce or dressing (14–16 oz.)

• 1 bag/box of store-bought cookies

Please double-bag in sturdy paper bags (or use a reusable bag), and check that expiration dates are after November 30, 2026. Small bags of pet food are welcome too.
