The Offertory Counters ministry plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting the mission and ministries of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Volunteers work together to count, record, and verify the offertory collections received at weekend Masses, helping to ensure the accurate stewardship of the gifts entrusted to the parish.

This ministry is ideal for parishioners who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. Counters serve as part of a team and follow established procedures to maintain accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality throughout the counting process.

The group meets on Monday mornings to process the weekend collections. While much of this work takes place quietly behind the scenes, it is an essential ministry that supports every aspect of parish life and helps ensure that the resources entrusted to the parish are managed responsibly.
